General Planning
Basic planning services include theme development, creative inspiration (mood boards, color palettes, supply recommendation lists, etc), timeline creation, itinerary planning. This is a great option for those needing an edge on the creativity of planning a celebration. Can be purchased alone, or in support of other services offered.

Drop-off exclusively will include a physical exchange of all products with client in-person for no additional charge. Any products purchased that can be returned to Stellar will require drop-off AND pick-up, and will incur an additional fee. Set-up for any event will be billed in 2-hour increments.

Day-of Coordination
Day-of Coordination includes a pre-event walkthrough/final consultation, coordinating with vendors, timeline execution, overseeing set-up and breakdown, and managing the flow of events. Coordination begins no earlier than 8AM the day of the event, and is billed in 6-hour increments, with any additional time billed hourly, and a final invoice updated to reflect any additions.

Vendor Reservations
This service allows us to secure as many vendors as your event requires, without requiring more service, like a day-of coordination. We will communicate and book your vendors for you, and then turn over communication to you for the day of! We have a list of recommended vendors for your convenience in addition to any you may already want to use.

Activities
Games, trivia, paint-along videos, movie-nights, crafts; All activity costs are determined on a case-by-case basis due to the custom nature of each individual celebration. Quantity, preparation, supplies, etc, are all factors contributing to final cost.
